Country Music Artist Shane Owens Releases New Album and Features A New Single As He Prepares for CRS Week Appearances

Alabama native and Nashville country music recording artist Shane Owens just released what may very well be the best traditional country music album of the year. His newest album is called “Thankful For Country Music” and it’s phenomenal.

Shane Owens is definitely the real deal. He is “Traditional Country Music” through and through. The traditional country music he writes and performs is exactly what so many country fans are asking for in today’s multi-category genre. A true country fan will recognize it’s “real country” from the first note.

Along with the release of his latest album is his newest single, “Hard Luck Girl” and I know your gonna love it. It is a beautiful country song and reminds me so much of the country music I grew up with. Owens reminds me so much of a few of our greatest legends such as Alan Jackson, Travis Tritt, George Jones, and Merle Haggard. As you listen to his voice you’ll be catapulted into a time when the fathers of country music first graced the stage of the Grand Ole Opry.

The new album has been in the making for the last year or so and now it’s finally available to the fans. Believe me, your gonna love it. This album is filled with some of the best country music on the scene at this time and Owens is definitely shaking things up. Fans and music promoters alike are paying attention.

Shane will be appearing at various locations in Nashville during CRS week and looks forward to meeting his fans during the three-day event. Owens will also be hosting the Midnight Jamboree on February 22, 2020, and wants all the fans to come out and enjoy a meet and greet.

Shane has garnered many accolades over the last few years. He has had several songs to reach the top 40’s on the charts and continues to write with some of the best singer/songwriters in the industry today.

He has appeared on the Grand Ole Opry twice and was voted Grassroots Artist of the Year for 2018. In the last few years, he has had the opportunity to tour with artists Toby Keith, Travis Tritt, and others.

Shane says that his songs come from heartfelt inspirational events that happen in real life. He loves to hunt and fish with his family and spend quality time with them as well as meeting his fans and friends along the road while touring.

When asked about what advice he might give to young artists who are coming into the business and following the traditional country music sound he said this: “ Stay true to yourself, keep your nose clean. Do your best because you love it. Treat folks well and believe in yourself.”
