Zac Brown Band Plays To A Packed Nashville Crowd

It has been 4 years since Zac Brown Band has performed in Nashville. Last Friday night, they brought the tour to Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Zac said it was gonna be a good one, and he was right. He then went into “Knee Deep” which the sold out Bridgestone crowd sang aloud word for word.

He belted out hit after hit including “Me in Mind”, “Sweet Annie”, and “Toes.”

He brought the sunshine and summer vibes to Nashville and they soaked it all in. Zac spoke about how proud they were of were Nashville is and it’s growth and the privilege to call it home.

It was a show full of True country grit and southern rock, pickin and playin with their hearts and souls song after song.

They covered Charlie Daniel’s “Devil Went Down to Georgia” with a fire that would have made ol’ a Charlie himself proud. James Taylor was one of Zac’s inspirations and his honor he performed “.Don’t Let Me Be Lonely Tonight.” Another nod to their musical influences was their rendition of Simon and Garfunkel’s “The Boxer.”

On top of being amazingly talented musicians they shared their passion for philanthropy and giving back … $2 for every ticket sold at the show went to Camp Southern Ground.

Launched in 2011, the mission of Camp Southern Ground is to provide extraordinary experiences for children and veterans to recognize and magnify the unique gifts within themselves and others to profoundly impact the world.

If you get an opportunity to catch one of the stops on this tour, do so. Zac Brown Band put on a performance with such a caliber of musicianship that leaves you riding a musical high for days after.
