He’s sold nearly 60-million albums worldwide, topped the country singles charts 35 times, and scored more than 50 Top-10 hits. He’s a 17-time ACM Awardwinner, a 16-time CMA Award recipient, and a two-time Grammy-honored artist whose songwriting has earned him the prestigious ASCAP Founders Award and an induction into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame as a 2011 Songwriter/Artist inductee. Jackson has written or co-written 24 of his 35 #1 hit singles, placing him in the elite company of Paul McCartney and John Lennon among songwriters who’ve written more than 20 songs that they’ve recorded and taken to the top of the charts. He’s one of the 10 best-selling artists since the inception of SoundScan, ranking alongside the likes of Eminem and Metallica.

Jackson’s latest hit, “So You Don’t Have to Love Me Anymore,” is from his forthcoming new album, which will be released this year. Jackson recently broke the all-time attendance record in the 62 year history of the San Antonio Rodeo by playing to nearly 17,000 in attendance.

Fans of all music genres will experience non-stop entertainment by today’s most popular acts from dual headline stages set at the pristine 1600-acre BamaJam Farms, “Where God and Country Coincide.” Come for the music, cool down in the new water park (opening spring 2012), explore the ATV trails, tailgate at the camping sites, park the RV with full service amenities or swing a club or two at the par 3 executive golf course onsite. Country star and BamaJam Farms spokesman Darryl Worley will perform and host the opening night of what promises to be one of the grandest outdoor entertainment extravaganzas.

“BamaJam 2012 seeks to provide the foremost level of talent ever assembled in one festival,” said Executive Producer Rendy Lovelady. “We have some exciting announcements coming up in the next few weeks, so be sure to keep checking!”
