1. What are your musical influences?

Definitely Lady Gaga and Evanescence….Eminem, Tech Nine, Hopsin, Sevdaliza, and M.I.A

2. What is a typical day/week like for you?

I wake up, hit the gym, make a protein shake, have a session from 11-4, then do all of my video production work on content, I have insane amounts of stuff on my to do list I am pretty non stop until 3 am

3. What personal advice would you give to someone wanting to pursue this career?

Remind yourself why you do it everyday and use that as your armor of thick skin. Don’t take no and closed doors as discouragement, use it as fuel. It won’t happen overnight. Prepare yourself for work.

4. How would you describe your music to someone that has never heard you before?

I go back and forth about this one….I feel like its a Lady Gaga / Evanescence Hip/hop child.

5. If you had to describe your music in three or four words, what would you call it?

Bold. Alive. Powerful.

6. What are your songs about? (What specific themes do they cover?)

I write alot about empowerment and overcoming deception and fallen kingdoms. I speak about “Warrior” vibes and warzones physical and mental. I kind of feel like a dystopian songwriter raises the troops from the ashes

7. What do you feel distinguishes “an artist” from just a musician?

I truly have something to say, and my lyrics and message are the most important thing to me. I don’t focus on whats trendy, I only channel the messages I am meant to speak and deliver. I feel a major duty to the world to be a part of the next elevation and I believe my music and message is my mission in life.

8. Someone once said “write what you would want to perform over and over.” With that in mind, what song do you love to perform the most?

I love my song “Headline Readers” it never gets old to perform. It has a contagious live energy to it. Also “Petrified” which is unreleased. I did a show in atlanta at Apache Cafe to about 100 people and we all got so hype when I performed it

9. What are your up-to-date performance plans? New Releases? Tours ? News?

My new Ep Album “The Chariot” dropped March 21st this Thursday! I am so excited! I will be doing a release party and shows around Nashville this year, nothing set in stone yet!

10. If you could perform with anyone in the world – either dead, alive, or broke up – who would it be? Why? (Name up to 3)  

Lady Gaga hands down. She was the first artist to show me I could go all out and really open up my creativity in any way I felt expressed too.

Evanescence because I connect so much with Amy Lee’s soul and music

ANd of course Janis Joplin. I feel like a part of her spirit is in me.

11. Have you been involved in any benefit performances? What was it and how did you become involved?

Yes, something I am most proud of is my work with Free For Life International. They fight against human sex trafficking with preventative measures, rescues, and restoration for victims after they have been rescued. We did a couple benefit shows last year and then we planned their first ever GALA for seven long months and raised 24,000$ this February at City Winery here in Nashville. My biggest goal when planning this gala was to use art and dance to create an interpretation of a trafficking scenario so the audience could really experience the depth of what we are fighting. I feel like we live in a desensitized world right now and it’s easy to listen to someone talk about something we should care about and at the same time we’re thinking about dinner tomorrow night. So I wanted to capture everyone’s full attention and make them feel it, in turn to make them as hungry as we are to save these innocent lives and restore their rightful freedom. My good friends the “FOUND MOVEMENT GROUP” performed a 30 minute dance piece and we did one of my original songs to close out the night. It was incredible.

12. When things seem to go negatively at times, how do you turn things into something positive?

I have been practicing meditation and deep breathing. Our thoughts and our mind are so powerful and especially in this industry your brain is running non stop filtering out anxieties, pressures, pollutions….so I keep a daily regimen of healthy eating, working out, taking moments of stillness to bring back awareness, and constantly reminding myself like a MANTRA of what my purpose is to bring me back to the core reason I do music. It levels me out and takes me out of that “drowning” state of energy and puts things back in perspective and I can then again navigate through the obstacles. But don’t get me wrong, I have nights curled up in the fetal position just having to cry it out, it gets crazy, but I constantly bring myself back to a balancing point.

13. As an artists, how would you define SUCCESS?

I define success as reaching as many people as possible and making an impact in their lives for the better. There’s a lot of different types of success but if I had to envelope it and stamp it with one view it would be making a change in the world for the better and leaving something behind that CONTINUES to make that impact and change when your body no longer roams the Earth.
