Put on your headphones and crank it up cause you won’t want to miss a single note, a single lick, a single thump of this album.

This album takes me back to my teen years when I hit all the concert halls to see Iron Maiden, Ozzy, Metallica, and of course one of my favorites, Kiss.

AUG is dynamic in that they send you back in time to the days of the “real” rock bands, those who expressed themselves fully through their music, and bring you reeling back to the present with the same. The bands that were so good no one could get rid of them, no one could trash them away.

AUG is heavy. Heavy and hard hitting. These guys set the bar high and if your going to be a true metal rocker you’ll need to have your feet planted deep to measure to the caliber of this band.

Music listeners who love this genre will enjoy this album from the first guitar rift.

Based out of Meadowlands, New Jersey, USA the band has had the auspicious honor of hosting “The Metal Show” one of VH1’s Christmas party show’s for the past 3years. Other accolades include reaching #2 on Reverbnations Hot 500 Rock Charts. They are currently planning a full blown, wild European tour.

The band has performed with such highly noted groups as Blue Oyster Cult, Great White, and Dokken.

Band members are: AUG, Lead Vocals/Guitar, Russ Latamer, Drums/Percussion, Rich Tanis, Bass/Vocals, and Tommy Shauger, Lead Guitar/Vocals. No doubt those names are and will be synonymous with today’s hard rock fans and future rockers as well. AUG has held strong in the Top 20 on the NY/NJ area Rock charts for well over 2 years and there is no doubt they will continue to move up the charts. Their fan base is doubling as we write this review.
